Dashboard cannot be load properly after an update

After an update, the dashboard sometimes does not work properly and I find difficult to access to the courses I am learning. Also can someone tell me where can I access to the courses I am learning except for this page?

Same here. I’ve tried it with a different browser and clearing cache. Nothing has worked so far.

I’m having a similar problem with my Spanish courses since today’s release. The only way I can currently access them is to go → view profile → Courses → Learning.

This is not working for all of my courses because I have created some of my own and they are not listed to the public yet (they are incomplete). Is there a way to access these courses?

As far as I am aware they can only be accessed through the dashboard

in the drop down menu under “teaching”, or under the each language category. If you don’t want to clickclicklick every time, open the respective course in a new window

I still cannot access my unlisted courses for some reason

same here, both in Chrome and IE - looks like the update included an “improvement” to filters by language…

I can… all the courses you see there are “private” (this is with firefox and palemoon)

I can load my courses but what im most concerned of are my streaks, I can’t automatically see them and it says that I didn’t finish my streaks today even though I already did it early in the morning. When I tried to get points for today the counter didn’t go up and nothing happened. Can someone please tell me that my 400+ streaks are safe?

The bug has been fixed so I am happy again :slight_smile:

BeaTrisy has just posted in the other thread that they are working on a fix for this. Probably best to keep watching there.

None of mine are showing. I’m not sure whether I have any that are private.

Same problem here. My courses are not showing even in the dropping teaching category.
I found the link directly to the course in my browser history and now I use it.

then save the links in a separate folder “memrise” and do not forget to export/save your favourites/links somewhere

On some of my courses, I see difficult words with a number on the top right (e.g 2), but the icon itself is disabled and I can’t click it.

I can’t select any options save Continue Learning and Listening Skills.

Additionally my Daily Goal has been reset. Will I lose my streak tomorrow because of this?

Yesterday, it looked like the daily goals and streaks had disappeared; today they are back, thank goodness!

It has been happening to me for like three days. Only with French, though (Italian, German, Japanese etc. work normally). I can access the courses individually or all courses of all languages at once but not specifically French courses.
I am using Chrome, MacOS High Sierra - 10.13.3.
