I reported this problem many months ago and it still hasn’t been fixed. I can not understand how this can be. I have worked in software development for more than 30 years and have never experienced anything like this.
Unfortunately we haven’t been able to reproduce this. Could you please try uninstalling the app, restarting your device and reinstalling it? If the issue persists, please confirm the following:
Which course(s) it occurs with
Which device you are using
Which OS you are running
Which version of Memrise you are using (you can find this information at the bottom of your Settings in the app)
Does this happen both on Wifi and mobile data?
Do you have any screenshots or videos of the issue?
