Hi, If i use my app at home (ipad or android) with wifi my dailly count syncs correctly. If i then go to work and use my app(andriod phone) offline, then come home my dailly count gets reset to 1. Ive been using this app constantly for the last 3 months. I find this really frustrating. Im not bothered about getting a high dailly count, but its irretating when you know its clearlly wrong. For example I started doing another lesson, so I have 2 lessons on the go, both done dailly. One is now showing 9 days and the other showing 1 day. Why? Surely it cant be that difficult to sync this on opening the ap? I have another flashcard program which i have never had a issue. I am a pro user which when the term ends will not be re-newing.

I’m having exactly the same problem. Today the daily count for 4 of my 5 courses was reset to 1 (including my longest daily count).
I paid for the pro version because of the offline mode. It’s frustrating to see this problem that you only get when you use a paid feature.
In my history on the web version I can see 651 learning events for yesterday, so here it seems it synched correctly. So I don’t understand why it doesn’t work for the daily count.
