Why i cannot create new course for own using?
I am sorry you are having trouble, but you CAN create courses on the new Decks website, the new sister website of memrise. The log-in is the same as on memrise, so just head on over there and you will see this on the first screen:
See on the right-hand side? There is the button that will take you to course-creation mode.
You can still edit and add audio on the memrise site, though, just for your information.

Any chance that there could be some extra information included in the “course creation disabled” message, saying that course creation is possible on Decks?
I am answering questions like this at least once a day, along with other forum users. I am happy to help these people, don’t get me wrong, but it would be good if we didn’t have to answer the same question over and over again.
