Crashing when running learn with locals or listening skills, preventing progression

After waiting a month or more for the chatbot bug that prevented me from progressing on Memrise the update which fixed it has created another problem that also prevents me from progressing beyond my current level. And I am a pro member, paying for this.

Basically as soon as I get to a listen with locals exercise I get an error message:

"The operation couldn’t be completed (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.)

I tried reinstalling the app and it made no difference. I have reported the bug.

Posting here to make it clear how long it will take to get this fixed, I’m really annoyed that bugs that prevent users from actually using the app they pay for are not fixed quickly.

Was getting the same error, now it just says “Unknown error”. Not good for a paid for service; any feedback?

I think this is fixed, listening and learning with locals both now work on my iphone, tusen takk!
