Course won't load after re-install

I use Galaxy S8+ with Android 8.0.0.

This morning I have decided to start over from the beginning for a course that I partially complete. After deleting the course on my phone I found out that the course was no longer be found on the mobile version but I can still use PC to find the course and it will reflect in the mobile version.

I clicked “restart” on the pull down option on the website from my PC, and opened the course on my Galaxy. This is where the error comes out. The course main page would open, but there was nothing on it. Just a plain page. When I clicked on Learn New Words it shows “Sorry, there was an error loading the session!”.

I thought it might be a sign that the company didn’t want us to continue to use the courses that were not developed by itself. But I tried another course and it worked fine.

Anyone encountered the same problem? Please comment. Thanks.

Try logging out and re-login on the Memrise app.

I read that this triggers syncronization with their servers.
However, offline courses seem to be deleted if you do that (I have not tested myself).
