would you please increse the chinese font and made the translations into “show after test”?

dear @lien, the creator seems not be yet on these fora: would you please contact him with these requests, otherwise would you please increase the hanzi and made the translations into “show after test”?

I have sent Branicek an email to invite him to this conversation.

Hey guys, yeah I have not been active for around half a year on Memrise as after finishing Heisig, I started reading “real” Chinese haha.
Feel free to add any contributors or make any changes as you see fit.
Happy studying, and remember, don’t spend too much time with Heisig, better practice on real articles/news/etc :slight_smile:

@Branicek, please, could you make the English translation always visible or something? go into database, click on the settings for the english column, and then on the “always show” and “show after tests”

thanks for the advice: I’ve just started using Mandarin in a professional setting - thanks goodness for the time being only the written part… you’d be amazed how much one would need a complete list of all individual characters, in order to understands specialized terminology - I personally was (amazed), muttered some swear words, told to myself i need some recap (and that yesterday) and found your course among others…:grin:

@lien: many thanks for making the translation always visible. As for the contributor status: If I get overwhelmed with user requests, I’ll remove myself … :innocent: I don’t think that will be the cas, not yet… so, let me be there for a while :grin:

the only problem is that I’m rather sure that Senhor Heisig should have stopped by his Japanese books… some of his readings are really … ancient
