Is this course being maintained? I have some suggestions on some ambiguities in definitions as well as some alternate kanji/okurigana spellings.

For 推移 it might be better to include some additional definitions seeing as “transition; change” doesn’t fully encompass how its meaning.
推移 transition; change to remain, to continue （～する）
In my experience, transition or change when 推移 is used as a noun is serviceable, but when used as a verb it tends to be closer to “a continuing trend” or “an unchanging situation”.
I just discovered this course today. Its intro said that I should check the course forum page. I assume this is the page? Either way, it’s a great course and I hope the creator is still active! 
Not sure if this is the official page, but コマーシャル for commercial is probably not the best way to go. I’ve never heard a commercial called that in Japan. Counting Google hits on that:
“CM” 3,720,000,000 – all in Japanese, mind you!
“宣伝” 124,000,000
“コマーシャル” 15,500,000 - 18,500 = 15,481,500 – but there are so many unrelated terms that include this word too!
“シーエム” 4,060,000
“シー・エム” 1,330,000 – seems to be used only in proper names
“コマーシャルメッセージ” 18,500
