[Course Forum] Italian courses contributed to and by Sandslane

Memrise has recently added a sub-forum for abandoned courses. I’d suggest you (re-) post your query there again!

Hi there,
Many thanks for the bonus audio chapters! That’s not what I had in mind, as you pointed out, it would take hours to do all the words like the bonus chapters!!! I have some of my own courses and when I click on “enable audio tests” in settings, then it allows me to do the “listening skills” but only the course creator can do that, not a contributor.
Thanks for trying anyway!

No worries! Each course needs to have a dedicated forum, maybe…
Thanks for your work!

That what we had many years ago

I’ve had a look, and this is all I can see and ticking has no effect, as you say.

Yeah, it only works for the course creator! I know because I have a few of my own, as well as a few that I contribute to.

PS I have now deleted those two levels now, to avoid people asking for more !

Unfortunately @aurora is not active here so unless @MemriseSupport ticked the box we can not help you, sadly.

Thanks DW7 and other contributors for all your work. I appreciate it!

Just revising Italian Beginners to Intermediate Vocabulary (with the Italian flag) and it asked me for the Italian for Mineral water.

I answered Aqua minerale but got it wrong because I had omitted "L’ ".

Is that your intention? Or should there be an alternative?

acqua minerale is listed as an alternative so I don’t know why it marked it wrong. Ah! Just spotted you put aqua and not acqua - that’s why.

Thanks - I think I’ve been caught out by that misspelling of ‘water’ before.

Aqua is Latin

Perhaps I’ll remember it now.
Thanks for pointing it out.
