I have actually just completed Russian 10,000 Words Part One (something of a personal landmark - I started sometime in December 2015 and with one or two interruptions have hammered away at it pretty consistently, but covering 4,999 words takes time). However it still says only 4,995 out of 4,999 words have been learned but there are no words I have not covered. It seems to be a glitch. I get a sign like a test card saying the page I am trying to get to does not exist.
It’s a really long standing bug on Memrise.
The creator has deleted 4 items, but the course doesn’t update it’s entry count so the course can’t be ‘completed’.

It would really be nice if Memrise finally sorted this problem, and that of ‘ghost’ entries that have been edited or deleted that still appear in multiple choice answers when they don’t exist in the database.
