I can’t create course why not!
I cannot create a new course either. It would be great to get this sorted asap please!
You have posted this in the Decks forum, but I suspect you tried to create a course on the memrise website.
The situation is a bit crazy right now, due to the transition from one site and one app to two of each.
At the moment, the situation is as follows:

New community courses can be created on the Decks website;

Community courses can be edited, audio files can be added or removed, etc. on the memrise website, but creating a new course from scratch there is not possible.
It’s a bit confusing, but that’s how it is right now. It is likely that course creation will not reappear on the memrise website as the long-term plan is to house all community courses on Decks (website is up now, app is in the pipeline), whereas the memrise app and website will only host official memrise courses made by the memrise team.

Courses cannot be created on Decks either. What is happening with your site?

I have just tried it and it is working OK for me. I’m on Windows 10 using Google Chrome.
At what stage is it going wrong for you?

The kaptcha didn’t show up on Chrome, neither Windows nor Android. I changed browser and everything is fine. Could you look into the Chrome problem?
Hi, I just can’t creat a new course on decks.memrise.com. However, it’s OK to modify those courses I’ve created before. Does anyone know the reason?
I’ve tried several times in past few months. I met same problem with various OS (Win7/10, x86/x64) and browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE).
Here are two snapshots of my screen. I kept on getting the prompt in red and never know what it means.

It could be that you are having a similar problem to the one mentioned by eliotargy in the posts above yours. Are you seeing the “reCAPTCHA” box which needs to be completed before clicking on the green “Create Course” button:
I have just tried creating a course on both Decks and Memrise (using Chrome and Wndows 10) and both worked ok. I don’t know why the reCAPTCHA box doesn’t display for some users, unless it’s something to do with the country the person is in. If you don’t complete that action, the red “This field is required” message appears.

It was done! Now I can create new courses.
You are right. It’s due to the local internet screening. After changing my IP address to other country, the ‘reCAPTCHA’ came up. That was out of my imaginary but fortunately within my skill. Sigh…
