Currently, using only Memrise’s UI, you have scroll to the bottom of the page to “forums” (which by the way is very hard to do if you’re on an infinite scrolling page) and then specifically search for the user you want to contact before seeing any options for contact, which not all users are aware of and you need ‘Basic User’ to use the messaging feature.
There used be a forum for every course where users could ask questions, make suggestions or point out errors but this feature was removed for some reason. Making it easier for course creators to be contacted would be useful in helping creators maintain and improve the quality of their courses.
I agree wholeheartedly (also about the infinite scrolling page – it is kind of silly to have anything useful hidden at the bottom in such a way).
Maybe just a direct link to PM the course creator? Or as some suggested earlier, a way for course creators to link directly to the dedicated thread on the forums?
I need exactly that. I need to contact creator of course who most probably does not talk here on the Forum and he does not care for his course anymore.
