Every time I try “Learn with Locals” I receive this warning.

Whoops.
Could not load the session. Sorry.

Is there a way to fix this?

Are you on mobile? or PC? And is this happening often?

Sometimes that message means that you have lost the internet connection (perhaps only for a moment). But if you have it only with Learn with the Locals, I wonder if it is something in the course. Which course is it? If there is already forum for it, you can ask it there. (E.g. [Course Forum] Mandarin Chinese 1-3 by Memrise

I’d estimate it’s happening 95% of the time while I’m in browser. On the Android app it’s rare but does happen every so often. This is Mandarin 1 and has been happening over lessons 1-21.
