Hi.
At the moment I am working on my Japanese Guide course with @tampora. Just to speed things up (as I am aiming for 500-750 words and at 372 right now) are there any native Japanese speakers or people who are just good at creating Japanese courses that could help us reach that milestone? Greatly appreciated if you could. So just post down below if you would like to help us out!
Many thanks, ML
PS: Would you mind adding audio (if possible) to new/other levels @tampora?
Yeah, Iāll add audio to any levels/words that are added.
Maybe, add levels/words based on your hobbies or things you enjoy?, that way the words will be relevant to your learning and youāll be able to use the words.
Hmmmm. Iāll think about it. But thanks!
What type of categories/words were you looking to be added as levels?
I might be able to add a few here and there when I get a bit of free time.
Iāve now added audio to Levels 11 and 12, let me know if any other levels/words are added and Iāll add the audio.
Thanks! I really donāt mind what sort of level you add.
Hi Marshall. I am glad with your consideration, thank you
But Iāve never edited or created a course. So Iām worried that Iāll hinder you, instead of helping you with the course. And I find it a bit difficult to understand the English instructions on how to edit / create a course (because my English is still not very good for technical terms).
Hey, I want to help too. Can add numbers (from 20 to 100) along with audio and other stuff if you guys want. Been editing my own private courses for a couple of years so I know some of the basics, also Iām intermediate to advanced in Japanese if thatās a requirement.
What else can we add? Do we need to make a level or can we edit the existing levels too? Also, can we clone levels? (so there is one for learning the words in kana and one for the words in kanji)
Thanks, Iāll try to add some stuff when Iām free. If you want a nice free dictionary, you could use Jisho. The only problem is that itās mostly used for individual words, not whole phrases.
Added the numbers from 20 - 100 + audio. The ones after 100 are a bit more tricky, so do tell me if you want me to add them too later.
Iāve added a level for Japanese names (Kanji) that I come across while reading.
So Iāll try to keep adding to it as I come across more names.
Wow! Thanks for all your support guys. Really appreciate it.
Thatās ok @Milamy forgot your English wasnāt too good.
@LangAddict Great! Thanks for helping.
@tampora Good idea!
@MohammedSherwi Clothes would be good!
I may try adding a colors level right now.
Other people can feel free to add Japanese (Kanji names) they come across to the āNamesā level as well.
Well. I wouldnāt know where to startā¦ Just you stick to it. As I am clueless on what to add to the Names level.
Just found out I have the 6th most likes received this year.
Haha, Iām pretty clueless with it as well if Iām honest.
Just starting to come across a few names in basic sentences lately (mainly from basic Japanese learning books), that completely confuse me.
Congrats on those likes.
Thanks . Iām thinking on adding a āSchoolā Level for the course. May include subjects/equipment. Really happy I have 3 people working alongside me as I couldnāt do it myself. But may add that level soon. Not sure when. But soon.
Hope you donāt mind, I did some editing on the colors level to differentiate between colors as nouns (é) and adjectives (éć). Will probably clone the level so it also has kanji practice if you want.
Oh, sorry about that, itās the kanji for ćć, meaning blue (as the color blue). If you attach an ć it becomes ććć which is blue as an adjective.
This is why I duplicated the level, because some might not know kanji, so thereās level 14 from English to kana and level 15 from kana to kanji. Donāt worry about it for now.
