Correctly reviewed work comes back next day as if it had never been done

One of my students has told me that over the last few days it’s as if Memrise didn’t recognise her work at all. Correctly reviewed work keeps coming back to be reviewed again. Has anyone any ideas?

Did she perhaps flag some words as difficult? I did this once and the words kept coming back until I manually “unflagged” them.

Thanks for the reply Foorgol, but no, she doesn’t use this feature.

I’ve had this happen to me before sometimes when I was on a really slow internet connection.
