Frequency: only on multiple choice, this instance is the 4th time
This has happened on several instances in this course (it is new, I made it myself, I am certain my answer was correct for the item and there are not duplicates). I have only experienced this on iPhone. I do not have an Android device to test. This is not an instance of a question having a duplicate answer. The items on both sides (prompt and tested on) exist only in this question.
