Contributor not able to add attribute?

I’m a contributor to a course and I am able to add an attribute but as I click “add”, it doesn’t do anything.

Has anyone else had that problem?

Does anyone know if there’s a problem with the database at this moment? I’ve been trying for the past hour and it isn’t working. O/S: Windows 7 Browser: Firefox Problem: I created a new database, and it worked OK. But when I tried to create a new column or modify an existing one, clicking on SAVE produces nil reaction.
