The content displayed after user took speed test in web is incorrect. The items display does not match with the reviewed content

Did it today happen for the first time and does it happen every time? I did a Speed Review on the web a few days ago and didn’t notice the issue.
I’ve checked several times and all of them are displayed incorrect.

At the end of session, the screen will display all the words that should have been part of the speed review session(regardless if you reviewed them before running out of hearts).
You’ll be able to know what words you’ve reviewed, if you look for the fully grown flowers.
Words that have not been reviewed before you ran out of hearts, will still be displayed in the list, but they will look more transparent (like in your screenshot).
Is the behavior you’re experiencing different than this?
