Chinese full definitions

Something has happened in the last few days. Unless the FULL defintiion for a Chinese character is entered, Memrise counts it as wrong. Some of these characters have a huge host of meanings and it’s unlikely anyone could remember them all, in the correct order without any typos.
Can we go back to the old way where just one definition typed correctly counts as a correct hit?

Thanks DmacQ

Just ran into this one on the HSK 4 course - words with multiple meanings separated by commas or semicolons, until a few days ago, allowed you to use one of the meanings. This is no longer the case, so I’m constantly failing material I previously mastered since I am more than a year into the habit of typing the most common / important meaning for such words rather than every possible meaning. I can’t possibly emphasize strongly enough how irritating this is.

I think I’m about done with Memrise. Too many changes impacting usability with no explanation or warning. Arbitrary font changes for Chinese characters, destroying auto-ignore, off-and-on breaking the ability to water things at all, and now this. Memrise used to be more convenient than other tools for SRS-based learning, but that’s pretty much no longer the case.

Edit: Seems like this issue is affecting many courses, not just this one, since it’s being talked about on other Memrise forums.
