Chinese character êr should show as 'that' not 'thou'

Hello,

I think i have come across an error with this character. Who is able to review and if appropriate address the issue?

As far as I can see the entry is correct. But you are actually right that it can mean ‘that’. Er3 can mean: you (or thou), like that or that. Er3 is usually used in a literary context. It’s also part of words ending with an ‘er’ sound.

(I write a ‘3’ behind ‘er’ to indicate that it is third tone with the upside-down circumflex, but I can’t make it on my keyboard).

BTW: which course is this? If you have a remark about some content always name the course (with link), so the creator know that it is one of his/her courses that needs updating. It’s possible that there is already a course forum for that course, which you can find by searching on the name.

Thank you very much John. This was part of the official mandarin chinese 1 course.
