Chatbot issue

So my issue is somewhat ironic. I started learning a course and I guess the free version lets you try some pro features, one pro feature that made me want to switch to pro was chatbots. Today I bought a month of pro to try it out. Conveniently, the "next up"s are both chatbots and grammarbot, however it glitches every time I try to do those…and consequentially now the only "up next"s are those two…so, not a very good start to my subscription. Please fix :frowning:

I really love Memrise. I took quite a long break from it and returned to find a gigantic difference in only good ways.

Yeah, that is ironic indeed! And I suppose it is frustrating.

So, it’s not you are doing something wrong.
You might ask Memrise for help by tagging support, as I am doing now this way: “@memrisesupport: Please, could you perhaps look into this issue? Thanks!”

If you do not receive a reply in time, you might message them directly by sending a PM (top-right profile icon, then click the envelop). It also helps to post the link of the course with which you are having this issue, especially since not all courses have chatbots.

One more thing: this post might better fit in the ‘bugs’ forum; the community hub is a kind of general discussion.
