Grammar Bot and Chat Bot are only available on selected courses from Memrise themselves. So perhaps not on the English course for speakers of Vietnamese…
Sorry to have bad news.
Now, you might try a common Memrise-themselves course, like French for English speakers and see if you can see the Grammar/Chat bots. If you can see them, you know it works.
