Charged and now need a refund!

I requested a refund for my account that was autorenewed yesterday and it says my account is ineligible. I tried to email support, but I keep getting bot answers. How can I contact them to refund me and cancel my account?

Forums seems to be a good way to go. Just make sure you tag memrise support (like you have) and someone will surely stop by soon.
