Help urgently required, please! I was a teacher, paid for lifetime subscription, got cancer, left teaching and no longer have the old work email address. I paid for it myself and have tried to update my details but because my personal email address is known to Memrise they won’t accept it. Any advice? I have emailed but not had a reply. Thanks!

Rethinking this: assuming you can still login with your old email address (I don’t see why you shouldn’t): go to your settings where it seems that you can change the associated email address yourself.
I’m pretty certain that you couldn’t change the email address yourselfa while ago, so this may or may not work. Doesn’t hurt to try it out, does it!

It does offer the opportunity to change the email address; I save it, it seems fine then I go onto another screen, then click on my profile to be sure and it’s the old email address again!
