Does anyone know why it is an error to capitalize sentences? Is it just that the software is not good enough to notice that the words are all spelled correctly and the only difference is that the example sentence is not capitalized nor has any punctuation. This is extremely annoying and makes people memorize poor grammar!

Had this happen twice today in german 4.
I’ve heard that this is caused by strict typing being enabled on a course, which apparently makes it so that one must enter accents on characters, but also makes it so that capitalization matters :\
