If I write a sentence with a lowercase letter and it was with uppercase in the initial sentence, it is marked as error. I checked that “Mark Typing Strictly” is disabled for this course (I created it myself). Is it a bug?

I don’t think this should be the case. I just checked, and it doesn’t mark me as being wrong if I type a capital when the answer was all in lowercase.

Does another part of the sentence have an accent? Even if strict typing is disabled for a course, it turns on automatically for individual items when they are entered with accents.
