Reporting here because when I try going to http://feedback.memrise.com/knowledgebase, I’m getting the error “server IP address could not be found”.
I subscribed to Memrise Pro via Google Play, but this subscription has not been applied to my Memrise account. I can’t use any Pro functions, and am still getting ads for the 50% off Pro promotion. I have tried logging out/in, restarting phone, etc.
How can I access the Pro subscription I have purchased?
