I have my main email address and google account, this email was used for Memrise registration, it is used as a main account on my Android phone and it is the account where I have my credit cards added. For some crazy reason when I want to purchase the Memrise Pro subscription it is looking for creadit cards on my secondary(work) email address. Of course, the list is empty and when I try to add it, the card gets added to secondary Google Account.
I have paid for many apps on my smartphone and never faced this weird issue.
You can say that I can add the credit card to my other account or enter all details on the website, but the thing is, I don’t feel comfortable paying for software that is buggy even on the very first stage of the subscription.
Have you checked out This Page?. Hopefully this will give you the information required. If it does not. I can invite MemriseSupport into the topic so they can sort this out.

Hi @MemriseMatty! I doubt it’s related since I paid for many apps before and few after finding this problem with Memrise. And never experienced this problem with other apps. There are two google accounts on my smartphone for years.
Unfortunately we cannot troubleshoot the Google Wallet, as it’s managed by Google. If it’s not working correctly, you would need to contact Google directly: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7100415
I was sure this is memrise issue, so didn’t google much about this. But on that forum I can see there are many people facing the same issue with different apps.
