The “Meet the Natives” feature stops working for me with finished courses. I’m not sure if this is on purpose or just a bug.
If I select “Meet the natives” I’ll always get a session loading error.
I’m currently learning Swedish but I’ve got the same error with French and Spanish.
I really enjoy this feature and I’d love to use it for reviewing finished courses.
Is this with an app? If so iOS or Android? Or is it the web version?

I’ve never seen “meet the locals/natives” on web. Is that a thing?
Actually, I don’t think so.
Have you tried the default solve-it-all: delete the app and reinstall it?
No, but I did now. French 1 does work again. But the other courses (all the Swedish ones except 5, and Spanish 1) still get that error.
Update: It does not work again. I found out that it has to do something with the items I had to review. For example “je suis desolée” which is also a meet the natives clip. Everything was fine until I “watered” that item. Now I’ve got that stupid error again

Yes, you do get the 'Meet the Natives" videos on the web version of the ‘official’ Memrise-created language courses. 
I have the same problems with the app for Iphone 6. Also there is no “Meet the Natives” in the web version Spanish 1-3 for german speakers. Hoping for an update because this was the main reason for becoming a pro member.

When there are nothing to learn or review the natives will escape (to see pics click the arrow)

In the web version, I see the videos when learning new phrases (and sometimes after giving a wrong answer during reviews). But they are not presented in quite the same way as the feature in the app version (where you get a string of videos one after another).
Here’s a screen shot of an example from Spanish(Spain)5, Level 4:
i found out that if you have at least one word in your “to repeat” list, you can load “the meet the natives” function. Otherwise it does not work.
Any news of this old bug? I lioe this feature so it is unfortunate that it is nor working properly on completed courses.
I have also found that if I click into a lesson then choose Learn with Locals, it will present a series of up to ten words/phrases depending on how many are in the lesson. But they will only be from that particular level and not an assortment from all of them. As said by someone else above, that only happens if there’s at least one word up for review.
