Can't log in - premium subscriber

Hello people,

I was a few months into learning Japanese through memrise but was logged out of my account and ever since I haven’t been able to login. I have my username and proof of purchase of a premium subscription, however I just can’t seem to reset my password using the email I signed up with. I have likely forgotten which email I have used to sign up, but I have requested resets for all that I have and nothing has come up. I want to contact someone who can help me resolve the problem. It’s clear to see that Memrise isn’t going to make contacting them very easy, however I’m not simply going to restart progress and purchase another subscription without trying to get my help back.
