Hi everybody,
I’ve created several courses before so I’m started to get familiar with the course editing platform, however this morning I seem to be unable to add a new column to any level of my course, no matter where I look. Usually, as is explained in the FAQ, I should have a +Add Column button, or find such an option in the Advanced menu on the right, but it’s nowhere to be found. Is it a bug or am I doing something wrong? Just last week it worked fine!
It’s a course with two levels, in the Animals category, if that can help. I would just like to put the picture of a bird and its name, but for now I only have two columns for words. I want to add a column for pictures.

I don’t see an ‘Add Column’ button in the level editor on my end either. (Though I never use that page for adding columns, so I wouldn’t know if it had changed recently.)
If you go into the database editor (in the level editor, click the database’s name in parentheses next to the level’s name), you can still find the button there, at least.

Is this solved now, as I have an add column button.
I was going to say Contributors can NOT add a column but can see the button, but that will not apply to your own course.
Also as TinyCaterpillar says, you have to go into the database (not a level) to add a column.
So if you knew that, I guess there was a temporary problem. Is it working for you now?
If not, try logging out and then back in - that often helps!
