I’ve tried several times to buy a 1 year subscription through the popup in the app in the last few days. Every time it has failed and told me to contact iTunes support. But I can purchase from other apps fine, and I can buy subscriptions in other apps fine. So it seems more like a memrise specific problem. No failed purchases show up in my iTunes history.

Can you try restarting the phone, and then un-install and re-install the app. This should do the trick?
Failing that, can you send us a screenshot of the error?

I tried last night signing up for the year at the special price of 29.99, i thought it went through but I’m in Irma damaged country so maybe it choked. Today I went to try my pro features and it was asking me to sign up. Can you help me?
