Cannot log in using the app - Android

I have already an account. I have downloaded the app There is no other option in the app but sign in. It is written “Already have an account?” but you can’t click on it. Thanks

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue.

Can you please uninstall the app, restart your device and then reinstall it? This should fix the problem.

If the issue persists after trying the steps above, please send us the following information:

  • Which device you are using
  • Which OS you are running
  • A screenshot of what you see in the app
