Cannot get new words. Option in Pro not available

I have Memrise on my iMac, High Sierra version 10.13.4. I have the Pro version of Memrise, but i haven’t had new words in ages, and I also can’t click on new words. I want to go further, but everything is bing recycled. I also get a lot of “Whoops! Can’t continue” or something of that sort.
