Cannot create a course

I am trying to make for myself a randomised conjugations course (European Portuguese).

I seem unable to go beyind the step “Short description for our apps” “this field is required” - I did set “free” all the scripts etc. I am using the latest firefox in private mode.

Really strange… I didn’t write anything besides course name and subject… said I’M not robot and it went through
