I reported my bug issue on Sept 18th, 30 days ago, under web bug (pls see). I’ve checked for a reply twice since, finding nothing.
I became a pro member exactly a week before reporting the said bug issue, if the issue isn’t looked into for a resolution I’ll have no alternative but to think about perusing a cancellation of my subscription & full refund. I really don’t want to actually have do this as up until the bug had had a genuinely brilliant experience using the app without the subscription, with great results.
