Memrise is not on my Google Play subscription.

How can I get my money back?

Thanks. If you are pretty sure, could you give me an exact link? You know, I am also pretty sure I shouldn’t have been charged.

Perhaps an admin could help. Last year I had the same problem, but I thought perhaps I did something wrong. Maybe I am doing something wrong now. But my situation is very simple. I want to have my subscription cancelled because I don’t use the service any more. And it would only be fair to get a refund for the year that was charged just now.
Things should be quite simple actually… A button to unsubscribe in my account is all that is needed. Maybe there is one but I don’t know about it?

It might be easier to just message @MemriseSupport because the article specifically mentions checking your subscription list, which doesn’t seem to help you at all

Since I’ve a lifetime membership, it looks probably different.

Please note: we checked your account and can confirm that this subscription wasn’t actually activated via Google Play. If you wish to cancel your autorenewal, please follow these instructions.

Alternatively, you can request a refund* by visiting https://memrise.com/premium/refunds on a computer - please make sure you are logged in with the correct Memrise username. Doing this will also cancel your subscription.

Refunds may take 5-10 days to appear in your account. Please contact your payments provider for further information.

*Please note that if you signed up via Apple/iTunes (iOS), you will need to get in touch with Apple directly to request a refund. (Unfortunately Apple do not allow developers to access the refunds system).
