Cambridge CPE

I think there’e an error in one of the meanings.
affable means friendly and pleasant, but in the course another synonym was provided for affable; courteous, which means polite and showing respect.
I’d like to know your views, and if I’m right I think it should be corrected.
Thanks in advance.

Hi!

I’m assuming that this course is for learning English, so I’ve moved this topic to that section

Could you please post a link to the course?

Thanks.

“courteous” seems like a kind of strange definition to me, too, but the Wiktionary entry also lists it as a definition.
