Couple days ago, i was offer 50% discount from Memrise on the website subscription (about $30 for a year).
And i was wondering, if I buy the pro for the PC, can I get all the pro features in the iphone APP?
Because I use APP for memrise learning Italiano A LOT. Also get pro directly from iphone is way lot more expensive.

There is only one set of functionality for the Pro subscription.
It will not matter where you buy it from. That only relates to cost and duration.

Even if the prices are different?
The price for the year it shows me on the web is more than 3 times the price it shows me from my phone, also in my phone it’s on my country’s currency (COP), on the web it’s on USD.
Yes, there is only one level of functionality in Pro. There are no tiers like gold or silver or anything.
However, feature availability will vary by platform and course - but this has nothing to do with how much you pay.
I am surprised by the difference in cost you found, but I imagine they experiment with different prices in different markets. That does seem a bit extreme though.
