Anyone know if this person is still on the platform and working on the Hebrew script version of this program? It would be great to see the words in the Hebrew characters. Like I’m curious how ciudad became sivdad.
This program could use some attention.
- Every pronoun should not be capitalized. Teaches a bad habit to have to capitalize everything. And they don’t line up with whether the English is capitalized. Once the nouns come in, there are inconsistencies. I’m asked to translate “house” and given options including “Kaza” and “kaza”, and the opposite given the options of “House” and “house”.
- Are accents used in this language or no? Internet search shows some lists with, some lists without.
- Several questions give a blank square as an optional translation.
Just starting this. It’s fun to have a taste. Mixes my Spanish and Yiddish learning. - “car” is not being accepted as a translation for “aúto”. You have to add an extra space at the end to have it accept.
- Ladino spelling – I’ve heard it most often uses the Latin alphabet at this point. Are the spellings really different from the Spanish spellings (kaza-casa, eyos-ellos)? Different internet sites show different ones.
- Love the use of images for the masculine/feminine indications.
