Bad showing pictures words

hi dears
i have a course of English words.
all of the words have pictures.
i determine in my courses in web platform which show picture after answer to question but
memorise showing pictures very bad. ( in top of screen ).
this model of showing picture make me crazy !

i use of chrome browser…

Sorry to hear this.

Are you able to test a few things:

  • Please make sure AdBlock, AdBlocking technology or Ghostery have been disabled
  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Disable any active extensions and/or userscripts
  • Ensure your browser is updated, and restart it
  • Can you try loading the session in Google Chrome?
  • If Chrome fails, can you try loading the session in incognito mode?

If all of the above fails, please confirm the name of the course(s) this occurs with.

  1. AdBlock , ghostery … is disabled
  2. i have done removed all extensions in my chrome
  3. Google Chrome is up to date Version 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (32-bit)

We’ve been able to reproduce this issue and have forwarded the details to our web team. I’m afraid we don’t have an expected timeframe for a fix, however it’s worth noting that we are in the process of updating learning sessions on web, so please keep an eye out.
