Bad customer service

Beware! I just asked for a refund because after a year they charged me without any notification almost $50. So far it seems to be that they will not refund me. By the way, if someone from customer service reads this, maybe you could help me! I want my money back!

It looks like you submitted the request, and we have processed the refund on Apr 4 2019. The refund will take 5-10 days to appear. Please contact Google for more information should you need it: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7100415
