Audio in app not working!

-I created my own course and uploaded bunch of audio.
-I bought a new phone and the audio is not working.(The stock audio is working though! which is weird!) it’s running on Android 6.0.1.
-It’s working on my other phone.
-it’s working on the website.

Please help me because I’m considering on applying for the pro version.

Have you tried logging out and in again. And if that doesn’t help reinstalling the app

yeah, I tried reinstalling, clearing cache, logout and log back in, nothing works :frowning:
it’s weird because the sound / audio is working on my other phone.
in my new phone, it’s just the stock audio( automatically added ) that’s working

Then maybe it’s a problem with your device.

(ps! I still don’t fully understand what do you mean by stock audio)

When I use the web version, the audio is playing, so I think my device is working fine. I think it has something to do with android version compatibility, but I’m not sure…

sorry! >_< stock audio is the automated audio added to the word when you create a course.

I bulk add words then it automatically adds audio to the word.
Now my problem is, that’s the only audio playing, and not the audio I added to the course. :sweat:

You need to delete the other audio. Then only your audio will play

I left no automatic audio in the whole course. just my uploaded audios.

and you relogged the app after that of course?

What is the brand of your phone which isn’t producing your audio?

Can you also tell me the name of your course and give me an example of a sentence, phrase or word which isn’t playing your audio?

The phone is called Xiaomi MiMax
And the course name is “JFZ 1”

An example is いぬ from lesson 1. Doesn’t play the audio i uploaded.

While ねこ is one of the example of the words that play the automatic audio.
