As a contributor, how can I export, then import an updated course database?

Hello Memrise creators and maintainers :slight_smile:

I need to add phonetics for thousands of words in the Thai Top Frequency 4000 Words course.

Of course I dont want to add them manually since I am a programmer and I have them in a json file.

How can I do that without writing an userscript ?
