Are we going to lose our daily streaks?

With memrise not saving anything, including daily goals, are we going to lose our current streaks?

I didn’t lose any streaks tonight, so I think it may be the same for other people.

Edit: A couple of hours later my streaks got reset. Looks like I will have to contact the support, after all.

I am loosing 232 days streak too. According to a stuff member, they can recover our streak indivisually via support page tomorrow.

But where is support page? here?

it happens to same to me and to my son.
And in addition I’m in a review and it repeats the same topics, once and again. It happen last night too.

Hmm it looks like it updated and it’s now showing number of points earns and the goal completed. For those who are still having problems, take a screenshot as proof of your streak.

It seems my streak has updated too.

This morning at 6:00 a.m, Monday streaks were strangely complete even if I did not study anything.
now at 12:02, my streaks are no more complete, and don’t update even if I studied the related courses.

I also used the app yesterday - but it seems like I lost my streak (It was supposed to be 55 day today)!
Now it only shows I didn’t do any learning yesterday - but I did! I really hope they fix this somehow!

Mine are gone of course too. And it’s great that we can contact them via the support page, but where exactly is the support page?

Fun thing: I have my goals for today completed, even though I didn’t do anything, but my points are nowhere near the lost points from yesterday. Oh well. What can you do?

If you take a screenshot of your streak and send it to the memrise team, once they sort all of the bugs out, they will be able to restore it. However, I don’t know if i’m the only one, but my streaks still worked, i can collect points but not continue with lessons or reviews :confused:

Do I really have to submit a support ticket for my streaks? Could they not have suspended all of it during the downtime?

Obviously the gimmicks like streaks are less important than actual study, but it’s pretty demotivating in a weird way. And I’m sure they’d have better things to do than manually respond to (potentially) thousands of individual support claims just to restore streaks.

Sorry, I’m just a little bummed out at the moment. I still appreciate that the site/team is providing a great service for free.

As far as I can tell, it’s not possible to send more than one screenshot through the support form. So what do I have to do, send two support forms? Merge my screenshots into one file? Throw them on OneDrive and paste the links? That’s a big gaping flaw in their contact form.

half my streaks were lost. I had maintained some by redoing things, even though it is not showing any sign of it, this morning. I suppose I shall go on re-doing things until I get fed up and leave.

If my work needs screenshots to be acknowledged, the kludge is too great to tolerate.

I hope the team soon understand that ‘fixed’ means one can use it to learn, not to play groundhog day.

My streaks are now maintained. I live in Australia so it’s now Tuesday morning and the four courses for which I have daily goals are now completed. It is annoying though that you can’t finish your reviews.
