Arabic text order reversed

When entering Arabic phrases by selecting words from the list, on completion the phrase appears in reverse order (left to right) with exclamation or question mark at the beginning instead of the end. Screenshot attached.

I noticed this on Microsoft Edge browser version 92.0 on Windows 10.
