Is it a bug inside aplication?

Your device might not support Arabic.
Android supports Arabic to my knowledge. If it’s around KitKat or above. (Not 100% sure, so don’t take my word for it)
Did you install the Arabic keyboard? If not, try doing so.

Ive found it... Xiaomi doesnt support Arabic…
