AQA A Level Spanish (includes AS) Vocabulary Course Forum

Basically what it says in the title.
The course forum for the new A Level course:
https://www.memrise.com/course/1612689/aqa-a-level-spanish-includes-as-vocabulary

Please tell me of any errors, repeated definitions or repeated words (there are a lot in the vocab lists and it’s likely I haven’t removed them all.)

I would also welcome anyone wishing to donate audio

I hope you enjoy it and good luck with your A-Level!

I have just gone through the course and checked all the spelling, so the Spanish should all be correct.

A multiple-choice question (MCQ) version of the course is available here:

Hi, in Level 21, you’ve got:
el naranjo = orange
*Level 21 - 6.3 La arquitectura árabe en Andalucía - AQA A-Level Spanis… - Memrise

I’m thinking it should probably be:
el naranjo = orange tree

This is a very accurate and useful course, by the way.

Thank you!
It’s fixed now

[Corrected]
I have some corrections not to this course, but the A Level Dynamic Learning course, for which there does not seem to be a forum. So far, this is what I have found:

In 1.3, spouse is “conyúge”, but should be “cónyuge”. It also appears elswhere with the correct accent.

In 2.3, “el video llamada” should be “el vídeo llamada” (because the course is mostly about peninsular Spanish, and anyway, that is how it is in the book. The non-accented form is also correct)

In the Literature and Film level, there are several minor errors:
“el narrador en primera person” should be “el narrador en primera persona
“herir la sensibiladad del espectador” should be “herir la sensibilidad del espectador”
“la historias son paralelas y con un final en común” should be “las historias son paralelas y con un final en común”
“el rodaje de la pelicula” should be “el rodaje de la película”

Hi, I’ve gone ahead and made all the corrections you suggested for the ‘A Level Dynamic Learning’ course, and also replaced the corresponding audio clips for the corrected items.

If you come across anything else, let me know and I’ll do the fixes.

I think the course creator simply copy-and-pasted the publisher’s original vocab lists that were available online - so that’s probably where the errors originated.

Thanks, as always, for all you have done for these courses.

just wanted to say i am eternally greatful for the creation of these courses hahah thats all, many thanksssss

Hi, for quick revision purposes, I’ve recently been experimenting with “no typing” courses and I was thinking that this one I made might be useful to you at some point:
