App says I have to review ALL my flashcards

Hi,
I think this might have to do with today’s update for the iOS App (I’m using an iPhone 7 with iOS 10.3.3) because this morning everything was working fine.
After the update I noticed that after reviewing some flashcards, they still were marked as if I had to review them. I had just reviewed 20/20 flashcards from one course but the course still showed I had 20 flashcards to review. So I thought, well that’s weird, I’ll try logging out and in again. Suddenly ALL flashcards from ALL of my courses need to be reviewed according to the app.

PS: Everything’s working as it should on the browser version!

I confirm it (v2.2.31.3105, iPhone 6 iOS 10.3.2)
I also can’t synchronize review words count on another device (v2.2.31.3105, iPad mini 2 iOS 10.3.2)

Same here, after the update, it shows that I need to review everything.

I have been reviewing all morning and the sections don’t seem to register the completion of the review. Now the number of words I need to review are compounding, 350 or so for each course I use. This is very annoying.

Seems to be a server side issue as the problem started in the beta app today as well and that app has not been upgraded during the last week.

When learning new words it is syncing but not when reviewing.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting this so quickly. Our development team is working on the issue as we speak and a fix will be out soon.

In the meantime, the Memrise Android and Web are not affected by the issue and you can continue your learning on one of these platforms.
