App progress not syncing with web account

Hi there. My username is wjostl. I have a Premium Account. My progress on the Memrise Russian 1 course is not syncing between the (android) app and the web versions. Using the app I have planted 115 items whereas on the web version it says I have only planted 67. Please let me know if you need any more information. Cheers, Warren

Could you please provide us some screenshots of your progress on both Android and Web?

Yes, the first few levels of Russian 1 were slightly modified.

The progress on your Android device doesn’t seem to have updated with the recent changes to the course. Could you please try to relog on your device, hopefully the progress updates.

I don’t know if you still care about this problem, but it is connected to the fact that you downloaded your courses. After downloading it doesn’t update anymore newly added words. So if you want them up to date disable the download function, or click the ‘offline courses button’ to disable it and download them again afterwards. If you want a new update later, you need to do it again then.
